Kenzo sure knows about fashion. In my humble opinion, there are few designers nowadays who can take extreme risks with both colour and cut, and let's not forget the fabrics. Understanding the complexity of fashion means taking into consideration the knowledge that lays beneath it. Like in any other art field, you find bold artists, always ready to push their boundaries. This collection taught us a lot about colours. First of all, it is worth taking the risk of mixing bright colours (and even mixing them with neutrals to soften the look), and candy apple red and bright purple sure go together well. From pop art looks to modern punk - chokers, dark lipstick and general vibe of the looks - this collections does not neglect the importance of diversity - in shades and shapes and of course, patterns. High-waists, tailored jackets, experiencing with superpositions are also key themes of this collection.
