Harry Styles is known for being part of the well-known band One Direction, but also for his outfits and his taste for fashion. The Marc Jacobs Spring Summer 2016 show took place at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York.   A cinematic atmosphere engulfed the place, not only because of the theatre, but also because of the welcoming and original reception: popcorn and fountain drinks were offered to the guests , as well as a Playbill including a Marc Jacobs quiz with questions like “What color were Marc Jacobs' Calvins on his Instagram leak?” and “Which city did Kate Moss and Marc film their ‘Basic Bitches’ video?”. Marc Jacobs pushed his originality further as he included singer Beth Ditto to his show. The designer hosted his own red carpet outside on which the models walked and posed for photographers before entering the theatre where the guests where sitting. The collection was a mix of different areas. Jacobs made us revisit the years 1940s, 1980s - with decorated teddy jackets - and 1990s - with grunge-inspired outfits. An old hollywood vibe also settled in, in the middle of the show.
